Use Athena Actions in Reports
Use custom / actions to kick off integrated workflows without leaving Reports. Query unstructured data, browse and analyze web sources and manipulate data right inside your document.
To start an Athena action, type / or click on + to the left of the current cursor position.
Ask Documents
/Ask Documents
Once you uploaded documents to Drive, you can retrieve datapoints from them. Ask Documents action lets you choose documents to query and ask question that Athena should answer using context within these documents.
Select your documents, fill the question input and click Submit.
Depending on the size and quantity of documents, as well as the complexity of the question, execution might take from 10 seconds to several minutes.
After Athena returns an answer, you can click Insert to paste answer above the block.
